Big Time Rush is an American pop boy band, was founded in 2009. The group consists of Kendall Schmidt, James Maslow and Logan Henderson. The group initially signed with Nick Records in 2009 before moving to Columbia Records. The group was a part of Nickelodeon's television series of the same name, Big Time Rush. The show aired from the beginning of November 28th, 2009 to July 25 2013. The pilot episode featured the group's first promotional single, "Big Time Rush". The group recorded three albums, BTR in 2010, Elevate , and 24/Seven in 2013. The band in 2014 took a break that lasted up to 2021.
